Featured Device · NS100
A 20-day pathway for
diabetic nerve pain.
NS100, from NeuroDynamics Global, is a short-duration neuromodulation protocol delivered by a qualified healthcare provider. Four temporary electrode arrays are placed at provider-selected sites around the outer ear, and the external device is worn for about 20 days before it is removed in the office.
It is intended to complement a patient's ongoing clinical care, not replace it. The treating provider determines suitability, discusses risks, benefits and alternatives, and follows current instructions for use.
Day 0
Placement
A trained provider places four small electrode arrays around the outer ear and programs the device.
Days 1–19
Wear Period
The patient goes about daily life, following the care instructions and keeping the device dry.
Around Day 20
Removal & Follow-Up
The patient returns for professional removal and a follow-up visit documented in the chart.
Practice Fit
Built for practices already
caring for these patients.
Pain Management
Patients with diabetic nerve pain who still report meaningful pain despite prior care are already in your schedule.
Primary Care & Internal Medicine
You manage the diabetes. NS100 gives you an in-office option to offer before referring the neuropathy pain elsewhere.
Endocrinology
Neuropathy is one of the most common complications your patients live with. A short, provider-directed protocol fits alongside ongoing care.
Neurology
A temporary, non-drug pathway to discuss with patients for whom standard approaches have not been enough.

Common Questions
What practices ask
before getting started.
What is NS100?
NS100 is described by its manufacturer, NeuroDynamics Global, as a Class II percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation system for chronic pain associated with painful diabetic neuropathy. It is a temporary device worn for about 20 days and placed and removed in the office.
Who decides whether a patient is suitable?
Always the treating clinician. The supplied materials list contraindications including hemophilia, pregnancy, cognitive impairment, implanted cardiac devices and other implanted stimulators. Current instructions for use and the provider's assessment govern every case.
Is it covered by insurance?
Coverage, coding, authorization and payment vary by insurer, plan and patient. Our team assists with benefits verification for each case, but no payment is guaranteed.
What does my practice need?
A qualified clinician and a setting able to perform the in-office placement, removal and follow-up, plus documentation of diagnosis, symptom history, prior treatments and medical rationale.
Will you add other devices?
Yes. Therapeutic Devices is a growing category. NS100 is the first device in it, and partner practices hear about new devices first.
